The Dragonfly handcycle/handbike is an arm-powered bicycle that attaches to your wheelchair.  The Dragonfly is highly maneuverable with a 90 degree steering radius to allow for turning in place.  The Dragonfly has the ability to downshift which makes going up hills a breeze.
